First of all, by working with them to identify their needs then go to international markets to look for contents, negotiate at the best (regarding budgets allocated by the channels), translate them if necessary, then deliver the whole package to channels, all rights having been negotiated
Then, by regularly proposing documentary catalogues already produced by western channels
Finally, by producing for them, documentaries and magazines, in a realistic budget and with a real potential of reselling on the international market
